Tricia is running classes on Wednesday mornings at Layer Village at 10 am and have a waiting list for classes on Monday and Friday afternoons at this venue.
Tricia has her own private studio where she can offer one to one private sessions or small group classes from Monday to Friday.

Tricia holds Diplomas in Pilates for Orthopaedic Conditions, Pilates equipment and has studied pre and post natal pregnancy Pilates. She is currently working towards achieving her Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management.
Tricialates is a total body conditioning system that can address and help with flexibility problems and existing ailments. You will be guided through 34 basic exercises devised by Joesph Pilates in 1934, and have since have been used to relieve hip problems, joint pain, and a range flexibility issues. Taking a personal approach Patricia will help you at your own pace and bring your body back to its full potential.
Tricia has a special interest in lower back pain, knee, shoulder and hip conditions and enjoys teaching all ages and abilities.
has her own Pilates Studio where she hold 'one to one' sessions for those clients who are new to Pilates and would like to have a basic grounding before joining a class. She also holds small classes in her studio where she can devote more individual attention and care for her clients.
